Refund policy

At RYN Sportswear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned if worn, used or damaged:


  • Sports bras
  • Shorts
  • Leggings
  • Other fitted apparel


Returns may be refused if items show signs of:


  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Odors
  • Washing
  • Makeup or stains
  • Tags missing


The following items are not able to be returned:


  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Bottles


3. Return Process

Please include:


  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for return


Once your request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as RYN Sportswear is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from RYN Sportswear.


6. Exchanges

At this time, RYN Sportswear does not guarantee direct exchanges.


If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:


  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product
  • A defective item

8. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refund unless required by law.
